By engaging with our web development services, you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations while working with us.
1. Scope of Services
- WebGiig provides web development services, including but not limited to website design, development, and maintenance, as well as backend programming and content management integration.
- Services will be performed as outlined in the specific project proposal, which will include deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are due as agreed upon in the project proposal, either as a lump sum, by milestone, or as ongoing payments for ongoing services.
- Payments must be received in full within the specified timeframe to avoid delays in project delivery.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees as outlined in the project proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property created for the client becomes the client’s property upon full payment.
- WebGiig retains the right to showcase any completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The client agrees to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progress.
- Any delays in client responses may affect the project timeline and could lead to additional charges.
5. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information disclosed during the project.
- WebGiig may enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if requested by the client.
6. Warranties and Liabilities
- WebGiig strives to deliver high-quality, error-free work but does not guarantee that the delivered product will be free of all bugs or errors.
- WebGiig’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. WebGiig is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
7. Revisions and Scope Changes
- The project proposal will outline the number of revisions included. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges.
- Any requested changes must be agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party materially breaches these Terms of Service.
- If terminated, the client will pay for all completed work and may receive deliverables based on the payments received by WebGiig.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
- These Terms of Service, along with the project proposal and any NDAs, constitute the entire agreement between WebGiig and the client.
